Enjoy Your Meal

If you wish, in the evening of your arrival, our team can prepare you a Moroccan traditional meal (20€ per person) which will consist of :

An entry to the choice
Assortment of or soup Harira Moroccan salads Main course (minimum 2 persons by dish)
Vegetarian Berber Tajine or chicken tajine with preserved lemons or tajine kefta, or barbecue turkey or couscous with vegetables and chicken Moroccan dessert served with its mint tea
If you wish a meal, send us your choice a few days before your arrival.

We also propose you the half board for 15€ per person per day for a 3 nights minimum stay. On the spot, you will also find a service of snack at any time.

Fantna is our Chief, she will be so happy to make you a delicious meals for Lunch or Dinner, only you have to book 24 hours in advance

Cooking Classes

At Riad Dar Foundouk & Spa we’ve a small new cooking school, our cooking workshops can be booked 7 days in advance for small groups from 3 to 10 people maximum. The cooking classes are run by our Chief Fati, who has been sharing her culinary secrets with hundreds and thousands of our guests over the years and years.

At our cooking classes guests will get a fuller and richer Moroccan culinary experience, you’ll learn how to prepare an appetizer and delecious Moroccan dish « Moroccan salads, main dish and dessert.
